This is a lovely medium roast coffee from El Salvador that we would recommend for any type of extraction, maybe one for early morning or an afternoon pick me up. This is a medium/full body with soft acidity boosting notes of stone fruits and berries.
The Little Details
This coffee comes from El Carmen Estate and Beneficio farm in a town called Ataco in the Apaneca Ilamatepec, AhuachapanInza region in El Salvador. It's grown 1300 metres above sea level. This beans has gone throughout a process called anaerobic fermentation. It's 100% Orange Bourbon beans.
