This coffee consists a fruity and funky flavour of red apple and peaches mixed with sweet caramel and cola tones. It's got a medium body and is drinkable throughout the day. The coffee is very versatile and lends itself to all types of extraction.
The Little Details
This coffee comes from the Camelia farm in El Vergel in the region of Antioquia in Colombia. It's grown 1800m above sea level and is washed then fermented for 2 days before being dried in silos at 40 degrees. It's drawn from Colombia & Caturra varietals of coffee beans.
